The hotel was fairly clean and had affable staff. Marvellous central location close to airport as well as Mae Sot before crossing the border. It also was to the 15 minutes on foot in the rain to find local transport. The room was bright & tidy together with a patio and comfie bed and a mini bar. The food was great, drinks were cold.

We had a great stay at Hop Inn. The convenient location made it easy to explore the area, and the small, clean rooms were exactly what we needed for our short stay. The comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep, and we appreciated the quiet environment. The friendly staff, though limited in English, managed to communicate with us effectively. The housekeeping staff were exceptional and added to the positive experience. Plus, the breakfast, although not very varied, was satisfactory. Hop Inn provided great value and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed reasonably spacious rooms and great food.

It was clean and gorgeous hotel. The room with nice view. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. The property's location was particularly good to the border crossing to Myanmar. Had tea and goodies at Braverly, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

I always stay at this great place. The staff helped me find a taxi. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception. I keep coming back for a romantic escape.

Clean place, staff was helpful. Large and bright unit with a mini bar and great WiFi, as example. A great selection of food at the breakfast, including toast and eggs. Good location to Mae Sot airport, just 5 minutes by car. Loved excellent area. A bus stop minute walk from our budget hotel.

Terrible staff!

For the price we paid, Hop Inn was a great deal. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was convenient, especially if you're planning a trip to Myanmar, and the staff went out of their way to assist us despite the language barrier.

The hotel breakfast menu could definitely be improved. While it was included in the price, the options were limited and the food wasn't very appetizing.

Thanks to the friendly staff everything was great, including lots ofgood food. Convenient and marvellous location to the border crossing to Myanmar. Very close to the restaurant, center of town and the bus station.

My children wanted more options for breakfast. Although the breakfast spread was decent, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of choices for the kids.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing ample space for our family to relax after a long day of exploring. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. it was a great experience for our family!

In my wife's opinion, it would have been ideal if the hotel had a children's play area.

Central location, decent base for discovering Mae Sot.
